Yoga

In this section we will be talking about different forms of Yoga, WE MUST STRESS, however, that you should not practice Yoga unless it is with a Certified Yoga Teacher as to do so would & can cause servere Problems with your body & how it works.We here at the Pentagrambox take No Responsibility for any harm or dammage caused by Ignoring this warning.

Yoga is a Hindu discipline aimed at training the Consciousness for State of Perfect Spiritual Insight & Union ( or SPSIU ) with the Universal Spirit.

As part of this discipline, exercises are done to promote Control of the Body and Mind in order to achieve SPSIU with the Universal Spirit.

A person who practices Yoga or who Teaches or whom is a Master ( has achieved SPSIU with the Universal Spirit ) of Yoga is known as a Yogi.

There are several different forms of Yoga which we will try to explain here for you to make an informed choice as to which you may like to find out more about.

Yoga: Means to Yoke ( Unite ) with the Source of our Being ( which is Pure awareness ).

Types of Yoga:
