Beltane and the Nature Elementals

We have just celebrated Beltane on the 1st May, a celebration of the Union of the Goddess and God. However, Beltane is also a time when the veil between the world's is thinnest, as at Samhain, and this allows the worlds of the Nature Elementals and our world to be closer. As such I felt it would be appropriate to mention a little bit about the Nature Elementals, as follows:

  • Elemental of the East and Air - Sylphs
  • Elemental of the South and Fire - Salamanders
  • Elemental of the West and Water - Undines
  • Elemental of the North and Earth - Gnomes

When communicating with these elementals, be mindful treat them with the utmost respect, as they are knowledgeable in many things and if treated correctly they may help you on your Spiritual Journey. Meditation allows us to journey to their worlds but take care when entering their worlds to carefully close the doorway after you when entering and leaving, which prevents unwanted traffic going either way. Good luck on your journeys.

MAY THE BELTANE FIRES IGNITE YOUR LIFE WITH THE LOVE OF THE GODDESS AND GOD

Update on My Gardening Exploits

In April, when the moon was waxing, I planted 4 rows of potatoes of about 6ft long, and already plants have sprouted, thanks to the rain we've been having lately. I have also planted 2 rows of onion sets and some of them are sprouting nicely. I took 3 cuttings of our Rosemary plant from the front garden and they are in a pot covered with a plastic bag to hopefully take root in another 4 weeks or so. Our neighbour, Tom, kindly gave me 3 cuttings of mint that have rooted, adn I transplanted them into the herb garden, and I have also sowed mint seed in a tray. The grass has been rapidly growing due to the rain and warmer weather, and I'm having to cut the grass once a week, in between rain showers. And of course a Triple Goddess sacred space (more on that on the next page). So it's been a busy New Moon month past and the forthcoming month is set to be just as busy, quite apt for the New Moon of the Bee.
